Delivery Estimates: We always aim to deliver your fuel on the agreed date. However, delivery times and dates are estimates only. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by severe weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Safe Access: You must ensure that our drivers have safe, clear, and unrestricted access to your delivery location and fuel tank. If access is unsafe or blocked, we reserve the right to refuse delivery.

Equipment Suitability: It is your responsibility to ensure that your storage tank, gauges, and pipework are legally compliant, structurally sound, and have enough capacity to hold the amount of fuel you have ordered. We do not inspect your equipment before delivery.

Failed Deliveries: If we are unable to complete a delivery because of unsafe access, insufficient tank capacity, or faulty equipment, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to cover our transport and administration costs.

Failed Deliveries: If the Company fails to deliver the Goods, its liability shall be limited to the costs and expenses incurred by the Customer in obtaining replacement goods of similar description and quality in the cheapest market available, less the price of the Goods. The Company shall have no liability for any failure to deliver the Goods to the extent that such failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event or the Customer’s failure to provide the Company with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Goods.

Risk and Ownership: You become responsible for the fuel (and any risk of loss, damage, or spillage) the moment it is dispensed into your tank or offloaded at your property. You officially own the fuel once we have received full payment for your order.
